I remember picking up the rope item and equipping it; you must reach the final part of the tall building.

Demo Controls (Keyboard and Mouse)

WASD: Move

Space: Jump

Tab: Toggle between walking and jumping

Left Ctrl: Switch camera side

Shift: Run

R: Reload

E: Pick up item

F: Pull rope

J: Whistle

Shift + W: Raise rope

Shift + S: Lower rope

Caps Lock: Open item wheel (do not use while driving, as it causes an error)

Left Click: Fire

Right Click: Aim

G: Stick to a wall

Control: Switch camera side
